I have people driving by here daily to check our progress and all the feedback from friends and strangers alike has been entirely positive. Most people assume that it is real slate and are amazed when I show them the actual product up close.
I did extensive research and looked into quite a few different companies and products before settling on your shingle for the restoration of my 100 year old Victorian steamboat gothic style home here in South Texas. The fact that I am here in South Texas with its intense heat and humidity was a prime factor in helping me to select your product.

I also want to be sure and mention the wonderful cooperation, care and concern that was shown to me when it was realized that the first batch of shingles had shifted badly in transit. Although everything was fine and there was no damage to any of the shingles, everyone connected with the situation was very caring and eager to do anything that may have been necessary. However after the offloading and inspection of all the shingles was complete, there was no need for anyone to do anything but you all stood ready to do whatever I may have needed and I appreciate that.

Also, I would be remiss if I failed to mention the helpfulness of the technical department. They advised me as to how to shuffle and mix the different bundles so as to achieve a more 'blended' look and which nails would be the most appropriate for the job.
Lastly, but certainly not least, when I realized that I had misfigured the number of shingles that I would need for the job and called the office in somewhat of a panic, there was Jennifer with a smile in her voice ready to help in any way possible - even going so far as to walk my secondary order over to the production plant and to hold up the delivery truck so I could increase the number of bundles on that second order yet one more time.

My entire experience with Authentic Roof has been very satisfying. I think the product is top notch and am highly recommending it to anyone and everyone who asks. Although I hardly need to say anything because the product on my roof is selling itself I believe.
